As part of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s international outreach and marketing, several top agents from the firm’s South Florida offices will visit Hong Kong this October to attend the Sotheby’s Art Auctions. During the trip they will showcase Miami and Fort Lauderdale’s luxury real estate opportunities to affluent Chinese buyers and collectors as well as exclusive developments such as ONE Thousand Museum, The Ritz-Carlton Residences and Kai Bay Harbour.
David Lane, a ONE Sotheby’s agent that is heading to Hong Kong, says, “Miami is competing against every other major city in the world to attract Chinese buyers and investors. New projects backed by Asian developers such as Brickell City Center and Genting Resorts World are giving them the confidence to choose our city over places like New York, London and even Australia.” As Miami continues to grow and invigorate areas such as the Design District, Museum Park, Wynwood and Sunny Isles, it will continue to attract international investors that are looking to be part of the action.
During their stay in Hong Kong our agents will be visiting Sotheby’s Hong Kong to attend various art auctions and events. The auctions that will be taking place include Contemporary Asian Art, 20th Century Chinese Art, Fine Chinese Paintings and Magnificent Jewels and Jadeite. One of the most anticipated auctions taking place is “NIGO Only Lives Twice”, a lot of 250 items from creative entrepreneur NIGO’s personal collection, that will include luxury goods, design furniture, watches, jewelry and much more.
